Technical Business Analyst – Insurance – Singapore recruitment
Role:
- Understand business process management and business requirement management.
- Capture business requirement and translate them to specific software requirement.
- Liaise with System Analyst to understand the technical design.
- Communicate with business user and technical team to deliver functional requirement according to standard template using natural language.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide post-production support.
- Provide business support on on-going system maintenance and new product launch.
- Manage business-as-usual ticketing delivery and provide resolution within SLA.
- Serves as the liaison and reference point between business user, technology teams and support teams.
- Coordinate the development of all approved business and functional specification.
- Responsible to escalate concerns / issues / risk to supervisor for resolution.
You must come from an insurance background with a min of 2-3 years experience. Anyone with life insurance or AS400 background would be best suited for this role.
