Technical Business Analyst – Superannuation Industry – Melbourne CBD recruitment


Our client is a market leading superannuation firm that has offices in multiple locations Australia wide. They have several high profile projects kicking off in the coming weeks, due to significant need from several business departments. Due to these demands, they are now looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team and assist in the delivery for these projects on a 6-9 month contractual basis.


You will work the end to end analysis of key business processes, involving producing requirements, documentation analysis, data extraction and analysis, conducting requirements workshops, developing use cases, workflow analysis through to client management and implementation.


As a Business Analyst you will be required to evaluate and gather business requirements from company stakeholders and collaborate with the other technology teams. This will enable you to produce the requirements documentation needed for this project.

Requirements of the role:

• Organising and running workshops, analysing and documenting detailed business requirements

• Excellent knowledge and experience in superannuation

• Strong stakeholder management experience

• Knowledge of databases and SQL

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
