Technical Business Analyst
Requirement
- Strong exposure to AML and compliance frameworks
- Writing functional specifications and gather business requirements suited to a large program of AML
- Provide level 1 level 2 support
- Comfortable interacting with users across the region and manage their expectations
Additional Notes
- Implementation experience on either Norkom / Detica / Actimise
- Manage the technical delivery within timeline and with quality
- Manage change request and defect with release control
- Manage project issues, user and vendor expectations
- Provide coaching to team and to build high performance team
