Required Competencies:
•Strong technical writing ability - functional specs, use cases and test cases.
•Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
•Strong Technical background - Development experience required.
•Expertise in how best to implement applications into a business domain.
•Ability to apply project management concepts and tools.
•Strong knowledge of SQL, ability to execute and review SQL queries.
•Ability to work with a "virtual team".
•Strong meeting management and facilitation skills.

•Experience working in the Financial services area.
•UML expertise.
•Microsoft .net development experience.
•OracleSQL server developmentadministration experience.
•Experience working on an SAP or other similar ERP application implementation.
