Technical Business Analyst - Relationship Manager - Leading Investment Bank - London
The task:
In this role, the business analyst will have come from a developer background and have experience of using software such Java, ETL tools, XML and big database architectural experience. The business analyst will work within the software house of this tier-1 investment bank, alongside a team that has quadrupled in size over the past year. This is 50-50 split between hands on development and communication to the publishers and consumers who are using the bank?s infrastructure. You will need to be able to understand developers and be equally competent reporting to clients. The candidate is expected to have a strong background as a business analyst in the finance and banking industry.
Your key accountabilities as the lead business analyst - relationship manager:
• Reporting to the programme manager
• Feeding information from the developers back to the end clients
• Sitting between the front and back office
• Communicating with clients on a global scale
• Coding and scripting
Your skills and experience:
The prospective business analyst will have previously worked as a developer and have strong scripting and coding skills. Front and back office knowledge in an investment bank is essential
