Technical (C# / Java) Relationship Manager - Banking - £90-120K
Market leading Investment Bank seeking talented Relationship Manager (with a strong C# / Java development background) to join their Enterprise Architecture (EA) team. The EA team drives the overall architecture strategy for the entire organisation, working in partnership with senior business and IT leaders. The department helps bridge the gap between functions and ensures that the 'sum of the parts' works together in a cohesive fashion. The group is global with team members based in NY and London. One critical enabler of the EA strategy is the Enterprise Data Distribution (EDD) programme, which defines a front-to-back framework for intra-day and end-of-day messaging. EDD consists of standardised data and message formats, feed and control message frameworks, and a technology infrastructure to support producers and consumers. This is very much a business facing role and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain excellent working relationships with publisher and consumer teams, holding presentations explaining the benefits and technical aspects of the program. In addition you will be required to assist publisher and consumer developers with their implementation issues and questions. The successful applicant will have a strong background in C# and / or Java software development and will ideally have experience of client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also a must.
