Technical Client Service Advisor – French and German speaking recruitment

Working inside a specialist team inside our Global Client Services and Operations business, you will provide first class service and support to our  European clients who use our range of Electronic Cash Management products. You will own and resolve any issues that may arise and develop strong, trusting relationships with our EMEA based clients. Daily you will liaise with our Sales, Client Service, Product, Implementation and Operations teams to maintain optimum service levels and you will quickly gain an excellent appreciation of our business and product mix.

To be successful in this role, you will need language skills across French and German OR Dutch plus one other European language. Your command of English must also be excellent.

We are looking to see demonstrable client service or helpdesk experience, as well as a bright, enthusiastic and positive approach. Given the location of our clients it is imperative that you are fluent in these languages.

We are ideally seeking candidates with a pre-existing knowledge of Cash Management products, but if you have experience of a telephonic/email based helpdesk function but come from outside banking, we will also consider you. Imperative however is an intelligence, eagerness to learn and a technically-savvy mindset. You will need to have the commercial confidence to walk through correct process with our clients and the patience required to investigate and resolve queries speedily and efficiently in the appropriate manner.
