Technical Client Service Analyst
Key Roles:
- Reviewing documentation such as IMA's and mandates
- Helping with the onboarding of new clients
- Being first point of contact for institutional clients responding to any queries
Key Attributes:
- An interest in and long term commitment to client service (rather than a short term goal of moving into a relationship role)
- Experience in a similar role at an institutional investment management house
- Excellent communication skills to liaise internally with senior stakeholders
