SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
The Technical Business Systems Analyst brings their technical knowledge of email marketing and web technologies as well as their hands-on project management skills to the successful achievement of the following duties within the MSP market space including first hand knowledge of CRM and Database Architectures
- Pre-sales support for both internal and external clients
- Implementation of the email marketing solutions
- Platform and solutions Training for clients
- Scoping of custom development projects
- Planning and Monitoring the Consulting activity for their respective territory
- Supporting and delivering service delivery Projects for across EMEA
- Develop and support the production of business requirements for custom solutions
- Support and guidance of the Platform Support function within the region
Technical Skills
