Job Description
Manage technical engagement at customers for deployment of NXP technology products from award to production. This includes remote and on customer site support. The main tasks are:
- Prepare technical projects engagement at customer in collaboration with business team.
- Establish planning and technical resource engagement - including candidate.
- Own and monitor schedule for NXP deliveries.
- Drive regular alignment with customer teams.
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to customers during the system definition phase.
- Support technical design-in.
- Identify technical product trainings requirements.
- Prepare application notes and technical support materials
- Contribute to next generation product with customer feedback.
- Stay informed about competitive products and technologies
- Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network
Requirements
- Master Degree in Software or Electrical engineering.
- Proven Experience in delivering and supporting solutions to customers
- 3+ experience in managing customer projets - ideally OEMs.
- Skilled in NFC technologies Contactless Standards Protocols.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems
- Complex Problem Solving, Structured and analytical working method
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Team member with ability to progress in autonomy and coach junior engineers.
