Job Description Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is looking for an individual that has a science back round (Chemistry/Biology) that has had some lab experience but is looking to get into a technical customer service role. There is a company that does testing on samples that are sent from dairy farmers using an HPLC and they also do testing on fat, protein, casein, lactose and total solids. The candidate will be taking incoming calls and would be the "technical voice" of this company covering all types of testing and answering questions accordingly. 4 year degree is preferred but NOT a requirement.
