I am currently working with a high profile client who are looking to recruit a Technical Customer Services Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. As a customers services advisor your role will involve liaising with suppliers and internal teams to efficiently process and deliver customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Pro-actively process all orders with an aim to deliver ahead of the standard lead times.
+ Keep customers and internal departments fully informed of any timeline, delivery dates, changes, queries or delays to order status.
+ Place all orders, modifies and ceases with suppliers expediently.
+ Ensure all billing systems for solutions services are correct and that customer bills are accurate for all solutions services.
+ Ensure all KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded where possible.
+ Produce customer /management reports when required.
+ Liaise with suppliers when new services/procedures have been introduced and adapt internal processes accordingly.
+ Responsible for after sales service but also maximising sales by identifying opportunities for resellers to sell to their customers.
+ Input new customer details and maintain existing customer details on all internal and external systems.
+ Progressing customer orders with supplier.
+ Keep accurate records regarding customer queries on the database.
+ Taking and replying to provisioning queries by telephone, fax and e-mail or letter in a prompt and professional manner.
+ Liaise with suppliers and customers or resellers to obtain a prompt and satisfactory solution for the customer/reseller re any disputes.
+ Liaise with other internal departments to ensure order fulfilment with the minimum of delay.
+ Advise resellers regarding products/services.
+ General administration functions for the department e.g filing, data input, faxing and general typing.
+ Keep up to date with knowledge of the company’s product/service portfolio and to attend regular training sessions accordingly.
+ Report/escalate any errors/problems to management when necessary.
+ To work within a team and keep a pleasant working environment.
+To continually keep abreast of new procedures and implement when necessary.

In order to apply for this position you must have experience in the following;

+ Any IT or project management qualification
+ Higher education or additional customer services qualifications.
+ Experience dealing and working with customers.
+ 12 months non-retail customer service experience.
+ Telecoms industry experience
+ Telephone and written communication skills at a high standard.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure from customers and suppliers.
+ Able to use MS office packages effectively.
+ Able to integrate information from multiple sources in order to anticipate issues, come up with solutions, and resolve the problems.
