Technical Customer Support Representative
Our client is a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products located in southern NH. They are adding an experienced technical support representative to their staff and and have partnered with Randstad to assist in the search.
POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer requests for unit repair, installation and trouble shooting. The candidate will be responsible for diagnoses and repair of warranty, non-warranty and production equipment and providing remote support via phone/email.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Interested candidates should meet the following minimum requirements for consideration:
Associates Degree in Electronics
1-3 years experience in electronics
Board level repair and customer service experience preferred
Sound electronic troubleshooting ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to successfully handle multiple, high priority issues simultaneously
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
