Technical Delivery – Manager recruitment
We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals for permanent employment within Baringa’s Delivery Excellence Practice.
We are looking for exceptional individuals with a successful track record in technical delivery in complex programmes and projects to help us expand the Baringa Delivery Excellence practice and fully participate in the on-going development of this important part of our business.

The Manager role within Delivery Excellence provides considerable challenge, variety and opportunity for development in a client-facing environment. Through the role the successful candidate will work with clients operating across all of our business sectors to help deliver their complex programmes.
Specific Skills and Experience:
The role requires a highly motivated, confident individual with a high degree of competency in a programme and project delivery environment. Particular requirements include:
- Consulting experience, with focus on one or more industry sectors e.g. Financial Services, Wholesale Energy, Public Services
- Exposure to and experience in aspects of full delivery lifecycle implementing technical solutions
- Skills and knowledge acquired through Development, Technical Lead, or Project Management are required in each of the following areas: Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Integration, and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design
- Experienced in stewardship of large, cross functional development and systems integration projects
- Has participated in steering committee meetings
- Has provided regular coaching and mentoring for all team members to optimise their performance
- Has experience of fostering a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology
- Good knowledge of programming
- Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time
- Motivation to build upon their delivery expertise and contribute to Delivery Excellence capability building across industry sectors
- Strong academic credentials, with a (2:1 or higher) degree at graduate or undergraduate level
In addition we expect our candidates to possess:
- Team management experience in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver high quality results in challenging, client-facing environments
- Business development experience in roles that demonstrate the ability to shape internal processes, procedures and opportunities that drive sales activity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading teams of 4 or more people
