Technical Delivery / Service Delivery Manager recruitment

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 Years+ experience working in a enterprise support environment for a Investment Bank and a proven track record in Service Delivery. This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be dealing with matters and issues which come up and act as the technical 'bridge' for the internal business users and the back end support team who deal with the demands.

Other functions include being able to identify and prevent issues from occurring by have regular interaction with the users which means people management and people interaction skills are somewhat more important than the technical skills.

The ideal candidate should have as much of the following:
7 Years + Experience in Enterprise Support Environment
Knowledge in at least 2 of the following - Networking, Desktop, Operating Systems, Messaging, Database Systems, IT Security etc.
Proven Track Record in Service Delivery
Ability to drive innovation across multiple IT functions
Experience in Vendor Management (Desirable)
