Canada/Ontario
This position entails the management and responsibility of the planning, presentation and implementation of highly sophisticated construction projects and the entire project handling. The duties cover a wide range of scope including the independent conceptualization and development of assembly and test rigs. As supervisor of the project team, the technical director will actively lead the team, manage performance reviews and enhance professional and personal development.
This position requires a degree in mechanical engineering or automation technology and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience as design engineer. Leadership-skills, cross-cultural competence and an independent approach to work are required to be able to convince our client. Showing solution orientation and creativity as well as proficient English and German skills and CAD 3D know-how are necessary.
