Technical Director, Performance Based Projects
Job Description AECOM is seeking a talented executive to serve in a key strategic role within our North America Environmental Business line. The Technical Director, Performance Based Projects will focus on supporting the growth and development of our performance- based projects and business. This is an excellent career opportunity to join our Environment Leadership Team and contribute to the development of this key market sector initiative. This multi-faceted role includes technical oversight and as well as a set of responsibilities related to PBC pursuits. The incumbent will be a key member of the North America PBC leadership team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of fifteen years of experience in groundwater remediation and heavy civil projects including project management and technical leadership roles. A strong background in firm fixed-price contracts is required. In addition, the preferred candidate will have experience with performance-based and stop-loss insurance contracts. This role will function at a high level within our matrix organization and requires strong internal/external communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with AFCEE and the US Army Corps of Engineers is required. Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related discipline required; PE registration preferred. This position will travel approximately 50% and may be based in one of AECOM's North America offices.
