Technical ECN / Connectivity Support Specialist – Investment Banking (London) recruitment
The role being offered is in the London based Trade Floor Support team. The Team provide the operate function for a larger department ‘Trading Technology’ that encompasses the capture of the Businesses demand for Market Data products (Analysts), plan/build (ECN and Engineering) and the administering of entitlements/ billing etc (Control).
Strong candidates will have had hands on exposure to all the products and services the team support but happy to consider candidates with background only in ECN operational support, which may have had little previous exposure of ‘traditional’ market data products.
Key skills:
- Exchange Connectivity (ECN) core experience
- Experience in dealing with 3rd line technical support
- Experience in direct feeds and networking
- FIX
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Market Data/ECN products/Network and firewall technologies. The products set supported includes the products already mentioned above plus direct exchange connectivity, EBS, Bloomberg AEP/MPF, Bloomberg on Blackberry, CQG, Tradeweb, Brokertec, GFI CreditMatch, MarketAxess, Eurex Repo, Espeed etc
