My client, a leading digital marketing solutions provider and part of one of the largest, global online success stories is looking for an Technical Email Marketing Executive / Technical Email Developer to mange a multiple of projects for a diverse client base. Competitive salary of £20,000 to £30,000 and excellent benefits package.

As a Technical Email Producer you will be responsible for managing the requirements gathering, technical implementation and delivery of campaigns and smaller projects from start to finish. You will work alongside external clients and internal teams to ensure client briefs are delivered to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Technical Email Marketing Executive / Technical Email Developer you will:

• Gathering campaign requirements and finalising briefing
• Working closely with creative services, account teams, data and engineering
• Setting up multi-format, multi-lingual and multi-variable mailings using in-house tools
• Implementing changes to email proofs; editing HTML and CSS
• Troubleshooting and proactively solving problems
• Campaign / Project testing review and recommendations
• Content configuration including HTML builds and dynamic data-driven setups
• Audience creation, management and liaising with the data troubleshooting team
• Quality Assurance and testing
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting
• Project management of campaigns on time, on scope, on cost
• Day to day support of self-deployment clients, providing client training on tools as required
• Supporting other production efforts as needed and taking on technical challenges of the office
• Maturity, pro activity, and ability to work both independently and as part of a growing team and of course, a great attitude are a must.

Preferred Skills
As the Technical Email Marketing Executive / Technical Email Developer you will have:

• multimedia/IT/Computer Science graduate with at least 1 year's work experience
• Very strong HTML skills and an interest in supporting a fast-paced production environment
• Troubleshoot and fix HTML rendering issues
• Basic understanding of how to use Adobe Dreamweaver
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• A good eye for detail and a general understanding of design principles to support the preparation of mailings and the QA process
• Ability to manage multi small projects for diverse client types
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of how to prioritise a demanding workload
• A positive can-do attitude
