Technical Fraud Specialist – Maidenhead recruitment
Responsible for:
Working with the business to identify risk in upcoming developments and implement appropriate counter-measures.
Undertake reviews of upcoming developments (be they product, service, system, policy, processes) to identify potential fraud risk and then work with the business to mitigate these
Reviewing of key business policies/ processes that are being attached or abused to eradicate loopholes
Primary focus will be on technical projects but you will also apply similar techniques to initiatives of a non-technical nature.
Help deliver the Fraud budget in terms of Churn and Provision.
Assist in development and delivery of a Fraud Awareness Programme for employees and customers
Candidates must have a technical knowledge in either: Network/ IP/ System/ Voice/ SMS or a good knowledge of telecoms fraud and/ or security. Applicants need to have strong relationship building skills and project management experience.
