Technical Helpdesk Coordinator

A specialist helpdesk coordinator vacancy has arisen for an international company. In their Leicestershire-based office you will be responsible for working with different internal teams and handling technical queries from clients. With their international reach, a second European language would be advantageous but the principle criteria this company is looking for is previous experience with agricultural machinery. This is a very niche role so please apply if you have the necessary experience.

Salary up to £21k with an annual bonus, pension and 26 days’ holiday. This is a very technical helpdesk role that requires someone who has exposure to technical agricultural machinery, customer service experience and a hard-working attitude. Based in East Leicestershire, candidates who live in that area or who are able to commute using their own transport will have an advantage.

The hours of work are 37 hours per week: 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 3.15 pm on Friday with 45 minutes for lunch.
