You will join one of the leading players in the investment management space and become a pivotal member in the companies continued expansion in Asia. The role of Technical Implementation Consultant will see the successful candidate travelling to client sites to perform the technical and functional tasks necessary to implement the software and also design and implement related solutions that meet the business objectives of our clients.
The position responsibilities include installation of the products, technical and functional training, custom report specification and development, custom system integration solutions design and development and reconciliation of client data.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and analyzing client business requirements
- Produce technical specifications and designs for solutions to meet the business objectives of our clients
- Implement solutions from technical specifications and perform technical and functional consulting
- Build conversion and system integration tools
- Organize and oversee the internal, client and 3rd party cross-functional personnel
- Organize and oversee project activities and deliverables
- Ensure completion of the project on schedule, within budget and meeting client expectations
- Travel up to 50% required
Qualifications Requirements
- 5+ years Professional Services experience in implementing software and managing software implementations (preferably in the financial services industry)
- Candidate must have strong technical experience preferably in the following areas
o Experience with Unix operating system
o SQL Server design and scripting - Ability to understand the strategic context of issues and make the appropriate recommendations
- Goal-oriented individual with the ability to manage difficult situations in a professional and productive manner
- College degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
