Technical Infrastructure Support Manager – CCNA, Financial Services
My client is a Fund Manager within the City who require an Infrastructure Support Team Lead, still technically hands-on with strong knowledge of a range of technical Infrastructure systems and software such as Cisco, Citrix, VMWare and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc), with leadership or hands-on management experience.
The role will see you act as the technical lead, whilst being responsible for the technical expertise within the team, providing mentorship, management and guidance for the support engineers.
You must have strong experience across a range of Infrastructure systems and software such as Cisco, Citrix, VMWare and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc), knowledge of ITIL framework plus excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with eligibility to live and work in the UK. CCNA Qualification or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
