Technical Instructor - Bently Nevada Job

The Training Instructor will be specialized in Bently Nevada product controls and theory. The primary function is to provide technical instructions to both external end-customers and also internal employees. The Instructor will work with Regional Training Manager to maintain and manage the training facilities and equipment in the region. In this role of Technical Instructor, you will: Essential Responsibilities - Provide technical instruction to plant Operators, Maintenance personnel and Engineers on GE Energy / Bently Nevada equipment - Be comfortable and confident in working with customers and representing GE - Be trained in product responsibilities which include Vibration Theory, Machinery Diagnostics, System 1, ADRE 408, 3300 and 3500 - Manage the Minden, NV training center - Be able to start-up / troubleshoot training equipment / simulation systems at customer sites - Help to maintain and manage training facilities and equipment in the region Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor s Degree in Science or Engineering - Minimum of 5 years of GE / Bently Product experience (GE employees only) ELIGBILITY REQUIREMENTS: - Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time as required Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
