Technical Integration Lead

Technical Integration Lead The Technical Integration Lead will be responsible for the overall technical design of the application architecture, the design of system integration points, and for providing assistance during application development. Provides senior technical direction and guidance in the design and integration of enterprise business solutions. Coordinates and directs OEM interfaces throughout the project lifecycle. Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of program, technical and functional areas. Coordinates and establishes inter-relationships between multiple and related technologies and/or programs within an enterprise. Coordinates and reviews work of assigned staff. Develops system performance, availability, scalability, and manageability for IT systems. Address critical issues in application architecture, to include functional and technical designs. Recommends innovative solutions to gaps. Minimum of 2 years experience within the last 5 years with technical development and implementation of proposed COTS, any "equivalent" COTS OEM tool or similar relevant exp implementing federal acquisition system solutions. Minimum of ten years experience architecting and planning Federal ERP or Business Acquisition COTS information systems implementation, package application implementation including ERP packages, analysis, change management and process redesign. Minimum of 5 years integrating COTS or GOTS capabilities with other SSOR. Advanced skills and systems development knowledge of the OEM COTS tool technical architecture to include business process and functional capabilities. Demonstrated skills in using integration techniques and technologies including portal/portlet design, application programmatic interfaces, service oriented architecture, application messaging, database information exchange. Experience designing, developing and deploying COTS in virtual environments. Experience in effectively leading technical review meetings, creating and presenting briefs. Experience leading business application specialists and integration analysts in the development and implementation of software designs, configurations and system testing. Experience applying comprehensive OEM product knowledge to provide technical and system design guidance to the application development team. Desired: Minimum of 2 yrs exp within the last 5 yrs with technical development and implementation of COTS OEM tool. Knowledge of PeopleSoft tool suite. At CGI, we're a team of builders.
