Community Engine is building a community based, social commerce website.

We're looking for a brilliant Technical Lead that knows the .NET framework like the back of their hand. You have had at least a year’s experience as a Technical Lead as well as at least 5 years .NET development experience.
You will need to adhere to industry best practise as it relates to architecture, design, unit testing, and clean coding. You must be able to promote this within their team through code reviews and mentoring all whilst managing resources and conflicting priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to work on latest Microsoft technologies, ASP.NET MVC 3.0, .NET 4.0, and MongoDB
- At least 1 year as a team lead
- At least 5 years commercial experience writing ASP.NET (2.0 or 3.5)
- Commercial experience using the ASP.NET MVC Framework (any version)
- IIS 7
- Microsoft Visual Studio
Bonus Points:
- Experience with large-scale public facing web sites
- Experience with a JavaScript framework (preferably jQuery)
- Experience using a document database (preferably MongoDB)
- Experience/familiarity with .Net 4.0 a huge plus
- Experience/familiarity with testing paradigms (TDD, BDD)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
