Technical Lead

My client are looking for a Technical Lead to join their Contact Centre Solutions team. Working in this operation centre you will be able to provide national and international solution to large clients.

Purpose of the role is to provide high level technical incident resolution, process development, new product integration, and performance improvement.

Skills required:
- Must have strong CTI/IVR experience working on large projects
- Must have proven advanced IP experience and strong IT skills
- Must have CISCO or CCNA/CCNP
- Strong UNIX experience is required
- Ability to mentor, coach and create work instructions for other resources in the team
- Project management experience is preferred
- Experience in Genesys will be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills required
