TECHNICAL LEAD/COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

We are presently looking for a qualified Technical lead/Computer Technician in the Saskatoon area for an upcoming project
Start Date: ASAP
End date: December 2011
Duration: one year
Hours: Shift work - days, evenings, overnights
Hours per week: 32 hours guaranteed, could work more
DUTIES
Report to different locations around Winnipeg and lead other Technicians through various installs. These installs could be:
POS Installations, Software Installations, Migrations, UPS work or Cable management
Physical component (underneath desks doing cable management, lifting monitors, lifting/carrying registers)
Filling out completion reports
Communicate with superiors on a daily basis and report progress
Manage a team of 2 - 8 other Technicians
Create standing relationships with site managers and supervisors
REQUIRMENTS
A+ Certified
At least 4 years of working experience with computers
At least 3 years of experience managing others in an IT environment
Superior technical skills in HW, O/S and applications
Troubleshooting skills
Available all shifts
Clean criminal background (will verify)
Willing to travel is a must
Valid drivers license and a car is required
