CommInsure's claims transformation program is dedicated to investing in our people. As part of this we will be embarking on a program of work to develop industry leading learning solutions to support people entering claims roles and continuing to develop in CommInsure Life Claims.
About the role
You will work with training professionals to design, develop and implement the learning solution for Life Claims in CommInsure.
You will share your expertise with, and impart technical claims information to, learning professionals and work with them to design and write documentation. You will also be required to gather, organise and synthesise information from a wider group of Claims stakeholders to ensure solutions reflect current best practice. The information may be presented in the form of e-learning modules, reference materials, and self-paced guides.
You will have
- 5+ years experience in technical life claims roles
- Passion for learning and achieving learning outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment (desirable)
