The department Order Management and Balance of Plant / Project Management is searching for a Technical Manager / Project Coordinator (f/m).
What are my responsibilities?
- Technical activity close cooperation with Project Manager on a daily basis
- Participation on elaboration of project time schedule and follow up of engineering date
- Performance of all project-related planning and coordination tasks in term of engineering during project execution within the valid time frame
- Coordination of project interfaces between executing engineering departments
- Preparation of specifications, equipment lists, etc.
- Engineering and design orders to internal departments and external providers including formal guidelines, relevant data of function specification and standards
- Update of project layouts and observance of all safety aspects
- Preparation of project documentation to Project Management for obtaining customer approval
- Initiation of elaboration of foundation guide drawings and room layouts
- Submission of engineering results for clients and internal providers
- Transmission of technical design to our internal/external manufacturers
- Coordination of preparation of costumer documentation (manuals, drawings, as built documentation)
- Supervision during cold/hot tests and general support during start up
- Ensuring quality in projects
- checks of completeness in accordance to contract
Which qualifications do I need?
- Technical Education, at least higher technical college
- Fluent English verbal written
- IT Literacy (MS Office, SAP PE, ACAD)
- Project experience would be beneficial
- Personally you convince by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition you are ready for start up activities in foreign countries for a limited time and you are willing to travel.
What else do I have to know?
The cross annual compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for this function is at least EUR 29.400. Education and experience can lead to overpay. In addition Siemens provides social and other benefits.
