Technical Manager / Project Manager recruitment
Our client a, Technology Vendor who delivers tailored solutions to enhance derivatives trading performance and trade processing is looking to hire a Technical Manager / Project Manager to manage the service delivery starting from installation till upgrade.
Responsibilities
- To be a single point of contact for clients with respect to both Technical Operational Issues
- To provide technical advice to the client in all aspects of service deployment and delivery including changes resulting from external factors like Exchanges
- To understand the technical infrastructure of the client and be proactive in project life cycle management as well as ensuring the technical resources are aligned with the needs of the client.
- To undertake technical diagnostics, patching and software upgrades where relevant
- To be involved in Pre-Sales activities by giving product demos.
Requirements
- Project management expertise
- To undertake Exchange Liaison or Technical Specialist duties as assigned
- Organizing software projects including installations and upgrades
- Excellent communications skills in both English Mandarin
- Understanding of trading systems, exchanges and derivatives market would be an advantage
