Description: As the Technical Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead cross-functional project teams of e-commerce software developers responsible for the design, development deployment of world class web and mobile applications. Minimum Qualifications: BS degree, preferably in a Computer Science or related fields. Advanced Degree a plus Must have 8+ years significant experience in full-lifecycle, large-scale software development Must have 5+ years experience in web application development, with hands-on technology experience as a software developer or software engineer Must have 2+ years leading technical project teams in a Technical Lead role Hands on experience with Java, Javascript, and Oracle, Linux Must have experience with high-transaction volume and 24x7 availability production environments Strong verbal, written interpersonal communication skills with both technical non-technical audiences. Experience managing remote staff, including off-shore relationships Strong leadership, organizational, diplomatic and motivational skills with ability to quickly adapt to change. Experience with ecommerce software applications desired
