Rio Tinto Alcan Yarwun is currently seeking a Technical Officer - Electrical Instrumentation to join their highly skilled maintenance teams.  Reporting directly to the Superintendent - Maintenance you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to assist the Maintenance Teams in ensuring that maintenance activities, as well as improvements, are performed in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner. 
 
You will hold relevant dual Electrical and Instrumentation trade qualifications combined with solid experience in a refinery, mining or related industrial environment. Previous experience working with high voltage would be highly desirable.  Your strong communication skills, team orientation and commitment to HSE are imperative as is the ability to work unsupervised in a constructive and effective manner.
