Technical Operations Analyst

In this role the successful candidate will manage the day to day technical operations of the Cúram environments and take responsibility for gaining consensus for managing the currency of these environments.

  • Four (4) to six (6) years related IT work experience, plus demonstrated experience in a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of the following desirable attributes for a Technical Operations Analyst.

  • Experience in providing technical operational support or application maintenance environments for enterprise class database platforms such as DB2, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc. including IBM DB2 and IBM WebSphere;

  • Experience as a single point of contact in the delivery of maintenance and support services for clients with multiple complex IT applications, including Cúram applications.

  • Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex IT development, maintenance or enhancement projects.

  • Ability to manage the support of Rational, Clear Quest and other performance tools

  • Ability to manage upgrade installations of Cúram Software including service packs and hot fixes.

  • Fundamental understanding of software development life-cycles, application Release Management and software development methodologies.

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills in meeting information and data needs of business users.

  • Proven ability to establish rapport with the application delivery team, business users and the client organization.

  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills for motivating a service delivery team to focus on meeting client requirements.

  • Related degree, diploma, or related formal training.

  • Cúram developer training or certification.
