Technical Operations Team Leader
A well established and rapidly growing Telecoms company in the Northwest has a new job for a Technically minded Team Leader looking to progress their career within a ever-changing and technically challenging marketplace.
Responsible for a team of technical experts your role will be to ensure the consistent delivery of the company's services to their customers in a manner that places the company in a strong competitive position. Such tasks will consist of validate, process and manage orders and fault management ensuring accurate and on time delivery of customers service and repairs. You will manage the Day to Day running of the team including coaching, mentoring delivering change and motivating by leading by example.
Essential experience consists of, but is not limited to;
· Leadership, administration or Engineering and customer service within Telecoms or Technology industry.
· A broad understanding of Telecoms products and services.
· High level understanding of systems and processes.
· Data assimilation and reporting.
· Computer literate.
