Technical Pre Sales Consultant Job in Kent, Southern Uk
Our client is a leading UK health and social care software and services company. Specialising in providing health and social care sectors with robust, modern IT solutions they deliver exceptional systems implementation expertise and practicable, innovative consultancy services.
Due to current expansion they are looking to recruit a Technical Pre Sales Consultant to work within the existing Technical and Sales Team to help develop pricing models, support pre sales activities and ensure a consistently high quality of technical input to all pre sales documentation and pricing.
Candidates must have a high level of technical expertise in the following areas:
•Microsoft n-Tier stack, physical and virtual
•Microsoft Server and Database technologies
•Storage presentation and replication technologies
•Business continuity and Disaster recovery
•Deployment of applications to Microsoft desktops
Candidates will also be familiar with:
•Writing professional documentation including business cases and written responses to client requirements
•Translating customer requirements into technical specifications and costs
•Discussing architecture at a conceptual level
Responsibilities will include:
•Working with clients to identify upgrade paths to support product deployment
•Support the Business development team in pre-sales activities
•Produce detailed pricing models
•Deliver solutions to customers
•Work with clients throughout the pre sales and product deployment process
