JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Presales Consultant / Account Manager with Java /J2EE - work from home.
Creators of call centre management software, my client is actively looking for an Account Manager with a strong technical understanding / background to work both from home and on customer site.
You will support the sales teams and partners throughout the sales process, getting involved in product demos, presentations to prospect clients, running pilots and proof of concepts.
You will also maintain a technical relationship with existing customers and provide them with agreed areas of support so as to maximise the sales potential of that customer.
Reporting to the EMEA Pre-Sales Manager, you will have previous pre-sales experience in a solution selling environment. You will ideally have a good understanding of call centres and call centre processes.
Knowledge of Java / J2EE software applications with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
You must be able to build relationships with business and technical contacts.
