What you will be doing:
- Consult with internal and external client(s) to translate business requirements into documented functional requirements for technical design and development.
- Effectively communicate technical information in both written and verbal forms to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Keep up-to date on leading edge technology solutions in market to generate innovative ideas to solve business challenges
- Help establish prioritization processes
- Work with the development team to complete requirements
- Troubleshoot issues associated with the integrations, document production problems, and coordinate the escalation of issues
- Assist business owners with identifying requirements, solutions and building a business case to support recommended solutions
What you need:
- 3+ years of project management experience in a online environment
- Technical background
- Possess full product lifecycle experience (requirements, design, implementation, deployment)
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Prior, successful experience in an Agile development environment (scrum, xp)
- Have excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
