Technical Product Mgr

Identifies business and market needs.
Gathers requirements from existing and potential customers and stakeholders.
Gains in depth understanding of underlying customer needs wants.
Serves as the voice of business and voice of customer in development design processes.
Translates broad business and market needs to define product requirements. Defines the “what”.
Gains in depth understanding of systems architecture and interfaces so as to anticipate implications of solution additions, changes, enhancements.
Maintains close interaction with development leads, product architects, and user experience experts to ensure delivery of products’ vision.
Anticipates, identifies and ensures resolution of any possible business technical implications of any product features and solutions changes, enhancements, additions.
Writes Agile product backlogs. Creates epics, detailed user stories, acceptance critera
Monitors implementation of each product.
Participates in and monitors testing of any product releases.
Clearly articulates business and system risks of any product releases.
Investigates new ecommerce business solutions, applications, partners, and suppliers for a set of product features.

• 7-10 years work experience to include systems architecture, systems development and analysis, and business analysis
• 5+ years experience work experience in eCommerce
• 5+ years experience in marketing, operations or other business related functions
• Strong business acumen
• Strong systems technical orientation
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and assessment of requirements to both technical and business applications
• 2+ years working in an Agile environment
• 5+ years working in large ERP systems environment of multi channel business
• Highly effective systemic thinking skills
• Superior communication skills with proven ability to relate with both technical and business professionals.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical and project management skills
