Amazon is looking for a highly technical program manager focused on managing access risks within Amazon and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for managing large scale enterprise-wide security projects involving cross team resources, identifying new intuitive access management solutions, translating high level designs into functional developer requirements and developing a strong enterprise-wide partnership. Key tasks include: Responsible for developing and reporting on security metrics using time-series analysis, multi-dimensional data clustering, classification, data-fitting and high-dimensional data visualization. Evaluates complex business and technical requirements, and communicates inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners. Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications that give implementation guidance to development teams. Responsible for developing information security as a core competency and integrating information security into organizational processes, business development, and engineering deliverables. Define and execute process changes for improving identity and access management effectiveness within Amazon. Occasional travel may be required. Basic Qualifications Highly technical and hands-on is a must. Extensive project leadership experience. Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated. Experience in design and delivery of enterprise-level security programs. Experience with service-oriented architectures and web services security. Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills. Executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions. Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing and the development of exploits. Detailed technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols. Knowledge of: Linux/Unix, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), LDAP, AD Minimum 5-years of information security or related experience. Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Computer Science or relevant field, Masterrsquo;s Degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Related compliance experience: PCI:DSS, GLBA, SAS70 SOX/HIPAA desirable
