Technical Programme/Senior Project Manager - Digital Agency - London - £80,000

An award winning digital Agency based in London's Soho are looking for an experience Programme Manager to oversee and direct projects within a given client relationship while directing the activities of one or more project managers and senior project managers. You will be expected to manage client relationships and project deliver-ables, in addition to being a key member of the pre-sales and pitch team, are a vital part of this role

This position is working for an Digital agency who boast some of the biggest retail, automotive and luxury brands clients in the business coupled with a very impressive Project Management team. You will be joining two other programme managers overseeing multiple Junior, Mid-weight and Senior Project Managers on a day to day to basis.

They are expecting you to have a strong understanding of all Project Management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Prince working closely with the technical and creative teams as well the marketing department. This role is very much focused on delivery and extremely client facing expecting you to have handled projects of annual budgets of £3m - £8m.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist pitch teams with completing their project scoping, sizing's, and price estimates.
• Assist with pitch meetings and presentations.
• Ensure assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations.
• Ensure effective use of internal and client status meetings.
• Manage and control project scope and change control processes.
• Manage project financials to include weekly resource hours and overall budget.
• Ensure project managers and senior project managers produce documentation in the standard format, follow internal documentation processes, and review and approve projects prior to delivery.
• Manage, develop and motivate a small team of project managers.

Key Skills required:
• Experience in managing multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects.
• Accomplished in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to assume a leadership role in managing projects.
• Experience in motivating staff/project teams, inspiring teamwork, and taking a leadership role.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple project managers and/or senior project managers at one time.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components.
• Strong knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiation and management.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
