The role: Technical Program Manager, Production Infrastructure Integration, Corporate Engineering In this role, you will manage the technical integration of mergers and acquisitions (MA) production infrastructure. You must demonstrate the ability to provide matrix leadership across functional teams, lead complex projects to successful completion, evaluate data, and understand complex technical topics. You will be involved in all phases of the projects, including requirements gathering, planning, design, and deployment, through full integration. Success requires a combination of strong technical competency and the ability to lead and influence across functional groups. Responsibilities: * Work as a liaison between Googleas operations teams and newly acquired teams. * Work with the cross-functional engineering team and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, architect, manage and complete technical infrastructure projects. * Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. * Develop and execute plans under a set of implementation and delivery time constraints, service opportunity cost, and ongoing support costs. * Collect and analyze relevant data and take actions accordingly. Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation. Minimum Qualifications: * Bacheloras Degree in a technical discipline (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience). * 4 years relevant work experience, including 2 years industry experience. * Project management or technical management experience, which should include managing large-scale, aggressive, and dynamic IT projects. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's or PhD in related field. * 6 years relevant experience, including 3 years industry experience. * IT systems architecture and deployment experience. Hands on IP network experience, including BGP. * Excellent organizational and project management skills, along with creative problem-solving and analytical skills. * Data center and cloud computing experience. Systems architecture, deployment and hands-on UNIX administration experience. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, cross-functional and relationship-building skills.
