Function

To ensure that execution and delivery to the CRT and Securitisation Derivatives business are achieved in the strategic Front to Back architecture. Engaging various internal and external teams, review technology deliveries to endure we will provide long-term benefit to the business areas as well as to the firm. Establish sound programme management focus for improved execution quality and speed.

Duties

 

? Coordination of the portfolio of CRT IT projects

? Leading/overseeing key business and technology projects

? Managing cross project dependencies across development, analysis, testing, release and support.

? Providing business oversight to ensure cross project dependencies are understood

? Collaborate with PMO function to provide clear project reporting status update

? Standardizing then controlling governance committees to improve communication with front office desk

? Undertake Project prioritization with the business and functional leads

? Managing the business scorecard/health check process to ensure resources are used effectively

? Build a project management roadmap to ensure project management is standardized across teams

? Preparation of quarterly project deliverables for future projects

? Develop an appropriate risk and issue management tool/approach

? Cope with regulatory change demands proactively with execution plan

Requirements

 

? Strong experience in Front to Back System architecture design and implementation is essential

? Strong Multi-tasking capability and strong focus on execution

? Successful in delivering large scale change programmes. Strong Front Office Project Management experience of the full software development lifecycle in a dynamic front office complex product environment (ideally derivatives products)

? Out of the Box thinking and being innovative in process and technology changes

? Sound business facing experience. Influence skill to get buy-ins from different direct and indirect stakeholders

? Strong communication with confidence. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure and adapts well to changes

? Highly structured and organized, with sound project tracking and proactive issue identification skills.

? Disciplined analysis and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail

? Ability to define operational processes and ensure compliance

? Strong diplomacy to ensure buy in to defined processes
