Technical Project Manager- FMCG Job in Home Counties/Essex, Southern UK

Our client requires a Technical Project Manager to facilitate the creation of NPD within this market leading branded FMCG business.

As part of the product team you will review NPD and build best practices that will deliver product excellence. You will use your current product development, ingredient and process knowledge to assist in the development of strong team of product experts.

The successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of food/drink formulations, processes, ingredients and sensory impact. You will also have a track record in product development with a bias towards brand development. This experience will be underpinned with a HND/degree in food science or a related subject.

This is a contract role - initially for 9 months.
