Requirements: Proven track record of managing IT projects to completion and holds industry recognized certification in project management.
Preferred Certifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP)
· Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Specializations: Project Management Institute (PMI), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
· Provide consultative Project Management leadership at an executive level identifying key decision makers within the client environment and establishing solid relationships
· Ability to manage and lead a wide variety of projects to ensure successful and timely project completion
· Interface with external vendors and lead decision-making process to balance internal and external resources
· Project execution and delivery of services within Scope, Time and Cost
· Lead meetings, assign tasks, track deliverables and measure project performance
· Deliver timely and accurate documentation in a well-organized manner
· Plan, schedule and coordinate all project efforts
· Create and distribute status reports to client and the supporting organization
· Issue escalation and resolution
· Ensure high-availability to clients and team
· Provide outstanding customer service and support
Skills and Experience:
· Utilizing methodologies from ITIL and PMI, effectively plan, design, execute and complete projects on time and within scope
· Strong ability to communicate with all levels of client organizations
· Accurate and timely reporting of all project initiatives and activities
· Sustainable methodologies and techniques to ensure quality is of the highest standard
· Team based approach to all activities to achieve highest level of performance throughout project lifecycle
· Strong background in managing Infrastructure services such as voice, data networking, client computing, collaboration and end user support services
· Experience with a large-scale IP Telephony deployment
· High level knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications (Call Manager, Unity/Unified Messaging, Presence/Personal Communicator, MeetingPlace, Emergency Responder, etc)
