Technical Project Manager – Web / Platforms
Urgent Requirement for a Technical Project Manager for a leading web / eCommerce technology in London who are changing the face of the Digital Marketing community.
Working closely with the Head of Project Management, a Technical Project Manager is required to take overall responsibility for the delivery and quality of key digital projects for a global client base. Working across all stages of the software development life cycle, you will get the opportunity on some groundbreaking technology driven projects within a very fast paced environment. Your Stakeholder Management skills will also be put to the test as the successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of key client relationships, 3rd party suppliers and the internal teams ensuring that delivery is on time and kept under budget.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can offer a superb Project Management background coupled with excellent account management and stakeholder management skills. A sound technical understanding in the digital world is required, coupled with strategic ability to develop effective solutions for clients.
Key Requirements:
- You must possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Experience of all stages of the software development life cycle from initiation through to post production - to include waterfall and agile methodology e.g. Scrum
- An understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
- The ability to maintain an awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
