Job Description POSITION SUMMARY This position can be located in any Aetna site or current WAH. Opportunity with newly created eBusiness Operation Team. Focused on creating a culture and service model that supports self-service technology. Manage significant project initiatives. Ability to direct, evaluate, and provide requirements/specifications for use of appropriate business processes and systems to support eBusiness initiatives. Strong project management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AIS. This will aide in effectively managing in the business production environment where the day to day activity consists of maintaining control and providing quick resolutions to issues related to the customer experience in a self-service environment. Accountable for alignment and oversight of all enterprise and strategic programs/projects within the Plan Sponsor Services organization. Establish the governance structure and ensure the governance is managed effectively providing the decision making support needed for the program. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the various processes utilized to resolve technical application related issues. Must demonstrate the ability to influence others and win support on critical issues. The candidate must be able to lead complex projects using strong management skills and display proven success in leading project teams. Strong presentation skills to senior level managers are a must. Key functions include: coordination of project activity, facilitating meetings with internal Aetna team resources, external business partners, monitoring key milestone dates, and developing strategies to close gaps to ensure the project success.
