Kelly Scientific Resources, the scientific staffing business unit of Kelly Services Inc., is looking for a Scientific Recruiter to work in our Orange County location. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This position will be a long-term, temporary position. This position offers the opportunity to utilize both technical and professional skills, and will interface with candidates and clients. Job Summary: Drive the recruiting functions for the branch by identifying, screening and presenting scientific professionals to our clients. Will work closely with sales and leadership to develop strong relationships with our candidates and clients, and provide business solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include: Candidate sourcing (networking, database searches, cold-calling, social media, etc.) Candidate screening, qualifying and evaluation Interviewing, career counseling, hiring Presenting candidates to clients, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, coordinating starts Ensure employee retention and client satisfaction Experience: Bachelors Degree in Scientific Field Must have strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet and other computer applications Possess a sense of urgency, dedication and persistence Strong business ethics and integrity Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Interested applicants should apply directly below to the on-line resume builder link.
