Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Work with hiring managers and clients to understand position requirements.
- Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and contact new candidates, including Internet searches, referral networking, database prospecting, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, establishing technical qualifications, search parameters, and career objectives with a constant focus on closing.
- Coordinate client-applicant interview processes, identifying and addressing potential issues in order to streamline and accelerate the hiring process.
- Close clients to offers and candidates to acceptance through a clear and detailed understanding of their issues and objectives, using consultative selling techniques with persistent closing throughout the process.
- Minimize fallouts by post-placement follow up to ensure that candidates and clients remained satisfied.
- Work with account managers to understand the opportunity pipeline and to maintain a regular flow of qualified candidates.
- Maintain current technical and business knowledge by following business and trade
publications, as well as learning from candidates and clients whenever possible.
