In this recruiting position, the individual will be tasked with helping us to track down top-caliber talent looking to work in Atlanta and beyond. We are currently filling positions in the IT industry, including software engineers, database developers, network engineers, project/program managers, technical support, and many more.
We offer a great work location at the Ravinia across from Perimeter Mall. You will receive membership to the Ravinia Club, a full-service, state of the art health club, restaurant, and spa located downstairs in our building. Typical work week is 40-45 hours. Our salary is negotiable, depending on salary history and experience, plus commissions for placements made. We provide full health benefits including vacation time and paid holidays.
Our typical desired skill set and qualifications include:
· Ability to communicate with all levels of IT professionals, from entry level to C-level executives, via phone, email, F2F, etc
· Strong work-ethic and determination
· A team player, willing to work outside of the scope of job description when necessary
· Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
